Assistant Marketing Manager - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct targeted research on market offerings and pricing for new projects prior to their launch. Present findings to management to assess overall market conditions, aiming to introduce products that meet current customer expectations.
• Undertake market research to compile a database focusing on the property sector, demographics, and any other related property news to facilitate the identification of trends, opportunities, and limitations within current product offerings. 

2. Strategic Marketing and Planning:

• Formulate price recommendations based on the above studies.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies, programmes, and activities aligned with the project launch plans.
• Liaise with marketing or real estate agencies to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the target market segment. 

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, primarily real estate agencies, to stay informed about market developments and offerings.

4. Reporting and Budget Management:

• Prepare weekly reports summarising marketing updates and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in monitoring, tracking, and updating the marketing budget and expenditures.

5. Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Handle occasional marketing administrative tasks.
• Perform any other related duties as required by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualifications in Property Development and the Real Estate Industry.
• 6 to 10 years of working experience in sales or marketing within the real estate sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
