Job Requirements:

1) Candidate must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic / Electronic / Chemical or equivalent

2) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Descriptions:

Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing

• Assist in evaluating, troubleshooting, and improving existing methods and processes to optimize yield, quality, productivity, and cost
• Assist in any activity on to shop floor
• Hand on the job on the process, data collecting, tracking, and analysis to ensure manufacturing processes are robust

New Technology / Innovation Machine

• Work together in New Technology to ensure manufacturing processes are robust
• Initiate and support an innovation project
• Hand on to assembly of the machine  

New Model Development

• Assist in ensuring the new model development is on schedule
• On-hand jobs: drawing mould tools, assembly mould tools, evaluation testing, trouble shoot: engineering problem-solving  skills, and others

Enhance communication with customer and supplier

• Assist in enhancing the ability with the idea, and suggestions to reduce the reject rate in the process
• Assist in looking for a supplier to cost down and quality improvement
• Assist in ensuring the new model development is on schedule and control
• Assist in developing pouches, screen printing, and heat transfer printing.
