Assistant Operation Manager - Urgent Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Operations Manager at Vivo American Pizza and Panini, you will be a leader responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to established standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Implement best practices to optimize workflow, minimize wait times, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work culture, teamwork, and exceptional service delivery.
• Provide guidance and coaching to ensure consistent performance and growth within the team.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback, resolving issues, and continuously improving service quality.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and build customer loyalty.
• Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and revenue streams, working to achieve financial targets and profitability.
• Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and hygiene practices to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
• Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for business growth, market expansion, and improved operational efficiency.
• Identify new opportunities, trends, and innovations within the food industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3 years) in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a track record of operational success.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, quality standards, and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, health standards, and hygiene practices.
• Proficient in using relevant software applications (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Malay languages.
