Assistant Planning Manager - MNC in Kulim

Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Oversee and coordinate production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations, making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop production workflows and shipment schedules to optimize productivity.
• Create and maintain production orders, ensuring alignment with material and capacity availability to meet deadlines.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure SAP data integrity and drive accountability within the production team.
• Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in the Production Planning module.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure adherence to shipment dates.
• Prepare and submit operation status reports, including Late Operation, Aging Work Order, and Work Order Confirmation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Planner team to ensure efficient execution of planning functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in project management and statistical analysis (DOE/MSA/SPC/GR&R).
• Experience in multi-project management.
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Capable of working autonomously and performing under minimal guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
