  Job Responsibilities 工作责任：

1. Collaborate with the Principal to manage daily daycare operations.
   能与院长合作管理安亲班的日常运作。
2. Aid in the development and execution of the curriculum or holiday programs. 
   协助课程，假期活动的开发和执行。
3. Provide supervision and mentorship to teaching staff.
   提供监督和指导教师/工作人员。
4. Oversee student discipline and behavior management.
   监督学生纪律和行为管理。
5. Assist in engaging parents and the local community.
   协助并且让家长积极的参与安亲苑社区活动。
6. Manage overall school operations and administration.
   管理安亲班的整体运营和行政。
7. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of school facilities.
   确保安亲班的设施的清洁和维护。
8. Attend new parents inquiries and registrations procedures. 
   协助并且参与新生入学的程序或报名。
9. Participate in marketing and branding activities via social media.
   积极参与安亲苑的营销和品牌活动。
    

Job Qualifications 任职资格：

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
  教育或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。
• Relevant experience in daycare center education
  安亲班的管理层相关经验。
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  较强的组织和人际交往能力。
• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
  了解课程开发和教育最佳实践。
