Assistant Production Manager - Collaborative Environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Degree or any equivalence required, preferably in manufacturing, or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of Production Management experience.
• Able to effectively lead and coordinate multiple, complex requests/projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and quality with a positive working attitude.
• Demonstrates strong computer, organizational, and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Have an analytical, positive, innovative and creative mind.
• Good in document controlling knowledge.

Responsibility:

• Oversee production operations and ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget control.
• Responsible for production output and yield achievements.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment’s, processes technology led to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
• Manage and plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.
• Man power capacity planning and improve production performance.
• Initializing corrective and preventive actions arising from customer complaint and product non-conformance.
• Improve and enforce product quality control to achieve high quality products delivery to customer.
• Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies.
• To review production monthly report and ensure KPI are meet and maintain the quality system /ISO:13485 and others audit requirements.
• Continuous improvement on production’s efficiency and operation cost saving.
• Enforce the 5S and safety requirements at work place at all time.
• Ensure good people management to keep teams work in harmony and motivated environment.
