Assistant Production Manager - with Great Benefits

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and monitoring the production process, drawing up a production schedule and adjusting schedule as needed;
2. Ensuring the efficiency of production with the emphasis on productivity and cost effective;
3. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
4. Working out the human and material resources needed;
5. Setting the quality standards and monitoring product standards to ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with the requirements of GMP, HACCP & ISO9001.
6. Being responsible for the selection of equipment;
7. Liaising among different departments, e.g. QA/QC, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse & Sales;
8. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
9. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
10. Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
11. Reviewing worker performance;
12. Identifying training needs;
13. Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.
 

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Food Sciences or any related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Production in Food industry.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay, & English.
• Possess good communication, problem-solving, leadership skills.
