Assistant Project Manager - Hiring Fast

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, implement and organize work for all sections in Project Management Department
• Lead the project to oversee all development activities within approved budget, project duration and with high quality standard.
• Ensure project progress is meet within timeline. 
• Handle with Client issue and enquiry.
• Check on all technical drawings before manufacture products. 
• Ensure timely approvals are obtained from the relevant authorities.
• Liaison and strengthen the relationship with the relevant departments and authorities.
• Conduct and lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems.
• Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to staff to develop a team of competent staff force.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
• Assist Project Manager time to time and execute instruction. 

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a related field.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in site construction management and design experience for large-scale projects;
• Have a strong ability to work independently
• Willing to travel
