Assistant Project Manager - Start Immediately

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project development & implementation assigned by Management
2. Responsible for the operations of the projects assigned within the set timelines and allocated budget through effective coordination of site meeting and technical meeting.
3. Reports to Project Manager and assist General Manager in coordinating with consultants’ team and resolve technical matters of assigned projects.
4. Review and coordinate with consultant team on the tender / construction drawings and details design, to present to management for approval.
5. Work closely with site staffs to ensure all site work is constructed in accordance to latest construction drawings approved by management.
6. To follow up closely on all authority’s approval status throughout project development phase.
7. Work closely with consultant team on CCC application and approval.
8. To compile all necessary documents (as-built, O&M, warranty, undertaking letter etc) from contractors upon CPC stage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate with high rise and mixed development experience 
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability in planning, organizing, directing and controlling.
• Must be able to work independently and with integrity.
• Knowledge in Mircosoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point and AutoCAD.
• Possess experience and skill on strata related matters like SIFUS will be an added advantage
• Possess experience in M&E and Architecture will be an added advantage
