Assistant Purchasing Manager/ Purchasing Executive - Hiring Immediately

Job Description : 

• Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure the organization gets the best value for its money.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including operations, finance, and production, to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors.
• Manages members of the purchasing team & store & Shipping Department.
• Analyse current spending and find areas to improve service, reduce costs, and streamline purchasing activities.
• Implement and establish good procurement standards, practices and policies & procedures.
• Deal with vendors on any quality issues, product replacement, pricing etc.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management whenever necessary.

  Requirement: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Excellent negotiation and follow up skills.
• Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills.
• Prefer Chinese speaker due with China Supplier.
