Open Position: Assistant Sales

A reputable manufacturing company is looking to hire Assistant Sales to join their sales team based in their Batu Caves office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds a certificate/diploma in business or marketing or similar field and with more or less than 1 year work experience in manufacturing's industry.
  
• Reply to customer’s enquiries by phone or email and process customer’s orders (Issue Order Processing Sheet, OPS)
  
• Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, Gate Pass, Filing and Order Search Report
  
• Make transport arrangements for delivery to customers, perform outgoing finished goods inspection and monitor production progress against customer’s delivery due date.
  
• Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is compulsory.
