Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Sales Manager

  • Support the Head of Department
    and/or Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing
    initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Brand Managers on
    marketing plans, budgeting, sales analysis, forecasting, and cost -effective
    promotional strategies.

  • Assist the
    Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly,
    quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Coordinate
    daily sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and
    maintain team productivity.

  • Develop
    and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of
    satisfaction and long -term loyalty.

  • Manage
    customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and effective manner,
    escalating to the Sales Manager when required.

  • Support key account management
    to maximize sales opportunities and customer retention.

  • Ensure
    sales galleries and show units are well -maintained, presentable, and ready for
    client engagements.

  • Handle
    sales administration, including processing bookings, managing contracts, and
    maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Prepare
    sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, providing insights on
    market trends and team performance.

  • Monitor
    and manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead tracking and proper
    documentation of sales activities.

  • Offer leadership and direction
    to the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager, ensuring consistent
    performance and maintaining strong team morale.

  • Assist in performance
    evaluations, identify development areas, and support implementation of
    improvement plans.

  • Monitor all sales activities to
    ensure rigorous adherence to company policies, legal frameworks, and industry
    regulations.

  • Facilitate the end -to -end
    processing of invoices and claims from third -party agencies and solicitors,
    ensuring high levels of accuracy and prompt settlement.

  • Oversee the performance of
    appointed sales agencies to ensure alignment with company standards, providing
    feedback and support where required.

  • Prepare formal payment
    requisitions and coordinate the submission of external invoices to senior
    management for verification and approval.

  • Ensure smooth day -to -day
    operations of the sales gallery, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming
    environment.

  • Oversee the upkeep and presentation of show units to ensure they meet
    high standards and enhance customer experience.



Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business
    Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with 3–5 years of
    sales experience (preferably in property development or a related industry) and
    a proven ability to achieve sales targets and support or lead sales teams.

  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage
    clients and stakeholders, complemented by leadership capabilities, excellent
    negotiation and presentation skills, and a results -driven, customer -focused
    mindset.

  • Analytical
    and strategic thinker with strong problem -solving abilities, proficient in
    Microsoft Office applications, and familiar with CRM systems.

  • Able to
    perform in a fast -paced, high -pressure environment with tight deadlines,
    demonstrating a proactive, adaptable approach and maintaining a high level of
    integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
