Assistant Sales Manager

Job Scopes:

• Present, Advise and to Propose clients / prospects on Web Design / Digital Marketing Solutions to achieve sales target.
• Develop New Business Opportunities by engaging and securing potential clients.
• Build Strong Business Relationships with clients / prospects 
• Responsible for Payment Collection and liaising closely with the respective department to provide after sales service.
• To carry out Sales Activities in order to meet the assigned monthly sales and collection targets for multiple products/services by developing personal sales strategies and programs.
• Cold Call is required to generate new sales and business leads.
• Assists Sales Manager on the sales proposal, sales activities, and meeting arrangement.
• Assists Sales Manager on sales planning, client following up and customer servicing. 

Job Requirements: 

• A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• A Minimum of 3 Years of proven Sales Experiences in a relevant field with proven track record is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• A Deep Understanding of the Sales / Digital Industry or market they will be selling in, including knowledge of competitors, trends, and customer needs.
• Positive and Innovative Mindset, combined with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
• Experienced in crafting and Delivering Corporate Presentations, and Proposals to clients.
• A robust Professional Network and a solid reputation are highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Persuasive Selling, Objection Handling, and Negotiation Skills.
• Stress Management - Ability to work in a Fast-Paced environment & able to handling challenges. 
• Good Time Management - Manage Multiple Design Projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Independency - Must work as Independent and complete tasks accordingly client's requests. 
• Attention to Detail - Very crucial in the design process as it ensures that every element is aligned to create a cohesive/precise and visually appealing designs.
• This job applicable for Malaysian Only. 
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous in this job as it enables effective communication for Taiwan & HongKong clients. 
• Good Communication Skills is a MUST - Collaborative & Supportive with teams and clients.
