We are a leading company dedicated to pioneering advancements in entrance automatic sensing hardware solutions. We are on the lookout for an Assistant Sales Manager within the ironmongery industry to drive commercial success in the Malaysian market. This position will be based in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong ability drive sales conversion rate; through effective prospecting and follow then the sales through the completion of project handover.

Having own sales networking opportunities and ability to improve sales penetration into the distribution and dealers’ market, ironmongery and aluminum fabricators contractors, interior design fit-out contractors. 

3.Business Development : 

Identify and aggressively capitalize on new growth opportunities across diverse market segments; healthcare, hospitality, industrial and commercial. 

Conduct thorough market studies to stay abreast of trends and competitor initiatives. Initiate strategic countermeasures as needed, ensuring the market positioning remains strong.

Requirement 

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the ironmongery or automatic entrance solution industry.
• Substantial interior design and dealership networking within the same industry space is a prerequisite.
• Proactive, independent, and a skilled multi-tasker.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
