Qualifications & experience

• ✅ Minimum 3 years of sales experience in event and retail sales; with exposure in sales management ✅ Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and execute winning event selling strategies to drive team members to achieve results ✅ Proven track record of leadership and team-building skills.
• ✅ Positive attitude, open mind, and kind heart ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. ✅ Passion for consumer electrical products and industry knowledge. ✅ Fluent in English, Mandarin, Chinese dialect, and Bahasa Malaysia ✅ Must have own car and be willing to travel

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for consumer electrical products across various channels, including kiosks, events, and exhibitions. Lead, motivate, guide and develop our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Contribute to overall retail operations and customer service initiatives.
