Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Technical Sales Executive - Urgent Hire

Job Responsibilities

1. To explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales objectives
2. To lead & manage our resources to achieve set sales target
3. Regular customer visits for negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship building with existing and new customers
4. Able to cope with technical applications and product knowledge to provide guidance and support to sales team
5. Able to troubleshoot at customer place and provide solution to the customer

Job Specification

• Possess a degree, preferably in science or engineering discipline
• Working experience with minimum 3-5 years industrial exposure or technical sales at management level with supervisory skills
• Candidates with regional sales exposure would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong analytical skill, planning and organizing skills
• Strategic thinking, aggressive and result oriented
• Able to communicate with all levels in an organization
• Eager to learn and consistently seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings
• To be a team player who can maintain effective working relationship within the various departments in the company
• Willing to travel outstation and/or overseas
