We are in need of an ambitious Assistant Service Manager / Service Manager to join our energetic team at Jungheinrich Lift Truck Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.

The Assistant Service Manager / Service Manager leads the operational team based on Site to ensure repair and maintenance execution of JH trucks under Full Service Contracts are done professionally to meet Contractual requirements and meet Customer expectation. The person is the first contact to the customer for commercial and economic customer questions.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead technicians
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate technicians on a regular basis
  • Following up on AR
  • Meeting the customer regularly to ensure a close relationship
  • Keep track of turnover and profitability of the assigned team
  • Responsible for any escalation from customers caused by maintenance or repair
  • Ensure quality of service 
  • The candidate will be based in Shah Alam office but is expected to spend 70% based on Site.
  • Resource management with HOD and HR department
  • Setting the KPI targets for team members

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Fluent English is mandatory in order to full fill this task
  • Long term experience in customer service
  • Technical and commercial knowledge
  • Experience with standard office software
  • Products + Services:  Full Knowledge of the service process
    • Understanding the JH service process fully
    • Understanding of our service products
    • Understanding of our truck portfolio
  • IT:  Knowledge and proficient use of IT-systems within the area of responsibility
    • SAP knowledge
    • MS Office knowledge
  • Personal Skills:
    • Organizational skills
    • Motivational skills
    • Resilience
    • Communication skills
    • Know how to handle a team of technician
