Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Social Strategy Manager

Job Purpose Statement

  • Digital lead in building an overarching social media strategy that encompasses social platforms to meet set marketing objectives and KPIs
  • End-to-end execution and handle day-to-day operations to ensure social media marketing campaigns are delivered on time in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to social media campaigns, paid digital ads, PPC campaigns.
  • Performance of central social media handles and support hospital digital teams in curating effective strategy for location/hospital level accounts

Key responsibilities

  1. Increase number of followers and engagement on social media platforms
  2. Explore, test, and optimize the different social media channels to suit the respective hospital’s target segments.
  3. Develop live video strategyand analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
  4. Develop live video strategy, plan and manage execution as well as collaborate with relevant internal and external parties on final output
  5. Develop strategy and distribution plan for maximum reach and brand recall, with key optimization methods suitable for each platform, including short form and long form videos
  6. Understand the underlying social platform’s algorithms to better optimize key performances– Facebook, Instagram and YouTube performance tracking is essential.
  7. Conduct competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
  8. Plan ,create, publish and share content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
  9. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and ensure compliance to KKLIU and other governing bodies.
  10. Optimise hospital pages within each platform to increase the visibility of hospital’s social content i.e. including moderating user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
  11. Liaisewith and support key stakeholders to define, plan and deliver strategies to promote brand awareness, lead generation and ultimately push for conversions.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management of all hospitals to ensure alignment of social media plans with brand strategy, meets hospital business goals and group standards.Collabora
  13. Manage and effectively implement social campaigns to meet business goals, drive traffic, generate leads and drive patient conversion.
  14. Analyse, compile and articulate report outcomes and solutions in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with content teams & support social media/digital initiatives and execute campaigns/programs together with other departments in Group & Hospitals i.e. Marketing & Communications, PR & Sales.
  16. Continuously monitor social/digital media trends and analyze data for continuous improvements, enhancement and brand engagement.
  17. Develop training plans & conduct training for Hospital Marketing team to build their competency & capabilities to meet Group’s Digital Roadmap.
  18. Manage social media/digital agency/appointed vendor/internal stakeholders to ensure web servers, hardware and software are operating accurately; including effective management of allocated budget.
  19. Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Marketing/Senior Manager or designated representative on behalf of the Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in Communications, Digital or a related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years working experience of social media management with hands-on experience in planning and implementing results driven social media strategy.
  • Facebook Blueprint certification and experience in running ads on Meta, Tik Tok and YouTube are an advantage.
  • Good understanding of performance metrics and in-depth experience in using Meta Business Suites, Tik Tok and YouTube dashboards
  • Digital-first thinker with expert knowledge of Social Media management, listening and analytics tools such as HubSpot, HootSuite, Talkwater.
