Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager - Immediate Start

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
• Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
• Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
• Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
• Assist in daily operations in store

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor Role

• Location available at Johor Premium Outlet (JPO)
• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field preferable with 4 - 6 years of retail experience for Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor role.
• Possess good customer service and interpersonal skill.
• Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.

Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager Role

• Location available at Johor Premium Outlet (JPO)
• Preferably more than 3-4 years of experiences as Assistant Store Manager role.
• Possess at least degree preferable with 7-10 years of retail experience, of which more than 5 years Store Manager experience for Store Manager role.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong excel skills and presentation preparation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Presentable, independent, customer-oriented and strong business sense
• Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands
