Assistant Terminal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review thruput quantities input by Klang Valley Distribution Terminal (KVDT) Assistant Admin (AA) in SAP, Gate Pass & PSP which quantities must tally and reconcile.
• Daily product inventory monitoring and reconciliation for KVDT and PME, additives inventory and deliveries for both KVDT and PDT.
• Performing product ingress shipment discharge confirmation (DC) in SAP for all products ingress from Port Dickson Refinery (PDR) and liaising with Supply/Inventory Accounting for products purchase from other supplier via MPP transfer.
• Review PME/Additives SAP receipt posting by KVDT Assistant Admin (AA) to ensure all posting is done on timely basis upon receipt of the products.
• Liaising with LPP and PME supplier for the delivery schedule on monthly basis and adhoc basis (if required).
• Interface with KLIA Customs to ensure close out of Customs form which declared by PDR Shipping Clerk for ingress parcel on timely basis. Review monthly submission of subsidy claim and SST report to KLIA Customs. Ensuring appointed forwarding agent submit the Customs declaration timely on monthly basis.
• Performing month end closing for all Petron’s product in KVDT in SAP. Preparing month end report for TM review and Controls Advisor endorsement prior to final posting in SAP.
• Participating in monthly PSP HSSE and User Meeting with other JV representative.
• Review Temporary Delivery Receipt (TDR), Material Gate Pass, truck seals controls log on montlhy basis.
• Witness month end tank dipping activities by PS Pipelines.
• Any other task as assigned by the Terminal Manager and higher management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with outstanding academic achievement
• Minimum 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in petroleum plant operations including safety and controls
• Person of high caliber possessing a great sense of responsibility and dedication
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Willing to be based at Dengkil, Selangor for our Klang Valley Distribution Terminal (KVDT)
