Assistant Trade Marketing Manager - Start Immediately

Job Descriptions:

• Drive and facilitate smooth and effective implementationof brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins.)
• Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing and trade marketing plans, adding value to assigned brands.
• Responsible for developing annual channel plans for trade marketing support and working with relevant cross functions to deliver those plans. Conduct post mortem for key learnings and adaptations.
• Key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementation BTL strategies within brand guidelines as well as customers' and shoppers' expectations.
• Assist, support and organise trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows.
• Assisting sales in preparation and negotiation of proposal for key accounts.
• Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc assignments, when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specializing in Trade Marketing/Category Management in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Possess strong analytical skills with good business acumen and ability to transform planning into execution. 
• Excellent team work, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in upstream marketing strategy, innovation, ideation, and development communication.
