Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Vice President, Building Management, Property Division

  • To ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are executed
  • To attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control
  • To assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years in managing building facilities in similar capacity
  • ​Electrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Good time management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess leadership abilities to lead and manage teams and projects with minimum supervision
