Job Description

• Preparation and manage the budget and forecast to guide the Bank’s strategies and ensuring alignment with the financial targets
• Monitor key performance indicators and assess the actual performance against budget and forecast by highlighting areas that required attention
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the Bank’s performance and identify market driven recommendation
• Cost management to enhance the Bank’s efficiency and profitability
• Prepares monthly dashboards and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with departments to streamline data collection process and enhance reporting efficiency
• Stay updated with banking regulations to ensure that the Bank’s practices are adhered to the guideline

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business or related field
• At least 3 years banking experience with strong background in finance and financial management
• Proficiency in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Deep understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirement
• Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and presenting financial information
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data and trends
• Proficiency in data management tools MS Excel, SQL etc.
