In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of customer marketing plans to retain existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve business objectives.
The Role:
Conceptualise, develop and oversee implementation of Customer Engagement initiatives to achieve business goals and target through Responsible for implementation of advertising and MA plan to penetrate new customer base and promote new products launched Conceptualise marketing positioning and creative execution of product advertising campaigns and media plans Establish tie-ups with external parties for on-ground customer engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns, Lead Generation campaign and support all digital enabled sales initiatives
The Person:
Possess a Degree preferably in Marketing,munications or Business Has minimum 6-10 years working experience in insurance or financial services industry Goodmunication, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong management and planning skills Analytical skills is a must Creative and has strong leadership skills
