Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Vice President, IT Governance & Sustainability Management

Responsible for overseeing the preparation and monitoring of IT strategic plans, review and formulation of IT security policies, and management of staff recruitment and development. This role requires strong leadership and organizing skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure adequate IT resources are available to support the Bank’s business objectives and security requirements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in IT strategic planning/preparation, monitoring of key IT action plans and related management reporting.
  • Review and develop relevant security policies, standards and guidelines to improvise and strengthen the overall controls of existing IT processes.
  • Assist in management of divisional recruitment, staff training/development program and resource deployment to ensure adequate staffing and upskilling to support the Bank’s IT key projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in division’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) participation and contribution to the Bank’s overall sustainability initiatives and management.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT governance and information security
  • Good knowledge in IT strategic planning, IT controls and processes
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
