The Job:
- Plan, coordinate and implement effective marketing programmes and strategies to meet the Group’s sales objective.
- Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market’s latest trends and consumer preferences.
- Create and execute effective marketing campaigns and sales programs that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts to meet set objectives.
- Measure and track the impact of all marketing campaigns across events, social media, corporate communication, content portals, SEM registrations, e-mailers, and web presence.
- Assess actual performance against benchmarks and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Regularly coordinate, monitor, and maintain UDA's property website, UDA Life apps, and other communication platforms, updating them frequently.
- Liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.
- Responsible in the development of all A&P materials as well as keeping stock of its availability in line with the requirements for each project.
- Create and prepare the development of key campaigns from budget planning, campaign ideation, and planning to go-to-market execution.
- Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns (roadshows, physical and online events, social media, digital marketing, etc) for the group.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for the management and related department updates.
The Incumbent:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably in real estate or property development minimum 5 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willing to travel and work on weekend or Public Holiday if there are any events and launching.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
