Job Description:
- Ensure coordination with the sales team to fulfill customer packing and delivery needs according to company SOP
- Supervise all aspects of local warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management and security protocols
- Optimize logistics arrangements, focusing on minimizing costs and lead times with delivery partners
- Provide timely shipment updates and handle reverse logistics processes efficiently.
- Stay updated on government regulations and ensure compliance with necessary permits and certifications.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues and maintain professional relationships with relevant authorities.
- Monitor industry regulations and implement strategic changes for compliance and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze metrics reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
