Associate Consultant, Talent Sourcing (3 Months Contract) - Professional Development Opportunities

What are the objectives of your role?

• You will need to draft a persuasive job advertisement to target the right pool of candidates to apply.
• You will play an important role in sourcing potential talents based on the client's requirements.
• You will share the career opportunities with our talent pool through call-out, email and Whatsapp.
• You will share the weekly project progression update with the customer.

• You enjoy helping thousands of candidates out there to find a good career - such a noble job, right? To be able to help people out there!
• You have at least 1 years of working experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or staffing (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
• Previous experience working in a recruitment firm or experience in mass hiring is an advantage!
• You have a good flair in English (both speaking & writing)
• Mandarin speaking candidates are encourage to apply as you will communicating with our Mandarin speaking candidates.
• You can join immediately (plus point!)
• This position is open for Malaysian candidates only.

  What else you will need to know?

• Normal office hour job from Monday to Friday.
• We practice 'casual Friday' every day, which means, you can wear your jeans and your favorite T-shirts to work every day.
• Hybrid working mode - Work from Home + Work from Office
