As an Associate Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our systems to ensure they meet our company's high standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to test and implement solutions that drive our business forward. Your technical expertise and collaborative spirit will be essential in maintaining system availability and achieving operational excellence.

Make an impact by:

• Manages and controls installed systems for the firm to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)


• Coordinating with multiple teams to support testing, design validation, and implementation activities


• Ensures that systems and infrastructure are always available


• Facilitate between test software platforms, software applications, and system management software


• Executes troubleshooting and support tasks


• Evaluates current systems and give technical guidance to users


• Plans and executes system automation as needed for increased efficiency


• Collaborates with other experts to achieve high-quality outputs within the framework of the organization's rules, policies, and procedures


• Deals with work processes, optimization methodologies, and risk management tools in assigned projects


• Any other assigned task by supervisors

Skill for Success:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline


• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or network issues


• Working knowledge of Tableau and Power Automate 


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well within a team


• Good communication and writing skills in English or billingual


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
