Associate Executive, Customer Service

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• This position will be based at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) Johor.

Job responsibilities:
1. Prepare shipping documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Good form IATA & IMDG and Pre-alert to customers.

2. Handle of Custom’s requirement and Documentation such as ZB1, ZB2, K8, K2 & K1.

3. Communicate with customers and client and able to resolve any complaint. 

4. Liaising and communicate with customer’s order and Transporter, Shipping Lines, Air freight, Ocean Freight & Freight Forwarder.

5. To update WMS for every transaction such as receiving, delivery and transfer location.

6. To communicate any incoming/outgoing schedule to warehouse operations team and to solve any problem that may arise.

7. To provide timely info/data to Billing Section for the purpose to raise the invoice to customer on time.

8. Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the company policies. 

Job Specification:

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics industry.
• Must be computer literate and able to use MS World, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
