Associate Executive, Marketing Administration - Start Immediately

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in the packing and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Assists in execution and implementation of sales promotional plans, preparation of price lists and sales kits, public relations, sales management; including weekend promotion activities(occasional) and the coordination of part-time promoters between Principle, sales team and vendor.
• Participate in all relevant promotional activities as required.
• Assists and supports team members with sales reports and related processes.
• Manage, compile, submit and file the promotional claims and claim processes for Sales & Marketing for the relevant products customers.
• Track and monitor the progress of specific sales incentive driven customers and preparation of offer contracts.
• Assists superior in the preparation of formal presentation of specific data, charts, graphs or slides on the various principal product line performances.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills with a pro-active mindset.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 - 2 year (s) of working experience in administration line. Past in pharmaceutical line, supply chain, medical or related business is an added advantage.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday & Alternate Saturday.
