Associate Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and direct the social media strategic direction, marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead the team to develop and execute team marketing visuals and multimedia content (e.g., graphics, video edits etc) for multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement & growth.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a variety of channels including websites, campaigns, social media, emails etc.
• Conduct deep-dive market research into cultural trends, audience conversations, and content performance patterns as well as competitor benchmarking when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing needs.

• WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• 3-5 years of experience in a social media / digital marketing / copywriting role.
• Expressive and creative with a good grasp of consumer marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and content/ campaign planning.
• Design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
• Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with good communication ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
