Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Corporate Administration/Management for fresh graduates. Partial holders in related field are welcome. Salary will commensurate with experience .Strong command of English and BM language and business writing skills; Competency in Microsoft Word , Excel and Secretarial software SPC
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function; timely billings and collection; Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients; Monitor and comply with submission deadlines; Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn;
- Aid in compliance monitoring and implementation of corporate governance best practice
