Asst. Store Manager - Innovative Company

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Asst. Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while also managing logistics, inventory, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
• Coordinate lorry schedules for deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient transportation of goods and timely replenishment of inventory
• Generate and analyze store inventory reports to track stock levels, identify trends, and optimize inventory management strategies
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory orders, deliveries, and returns
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for lorry operations and warehouse management
• Train and mentor store staff to support logistics activities and ensure compliance with inventory management procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, logistics coordination, and inventory management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret inventory reports
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with inventory management software and logistics systems
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
