Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct audits of various business processes, including finance, operations, and compliance functions.
- Identify areas of potential risk and recommend strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging risks affecting the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in audit, risk assessment, business process and customer relationship systems. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess knowledge of audit principles, internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Knowledge in database, operating systems, IT standards and best practices are the added advantages.
- High degree of integrity, good interpersonal skill, negotiation, analytical skill with the ability to comprehend business technical issues.
- Strong command of English language, both verbal and written.
- Result oriented, independent, self-motivated and a team player meeting work assignments deadline.
