Auditor 审计员 - Fast Hire

We are currently seeking auditors to join our team at four different levels:

• Junior Auditor,
• Senior Auditor,
• Assistant Manager, and
• Manager.

General Job Duties & Responsibilities:

a) Junior Auditor

- Support audit engagements

- Participate in all stages of the audit process

- Verify the accuracy of financial data

- Attend stock-takes to observe inventory management

- Assist in vouching and testing procedures

- Communicate audit progress to team

b) Senior Auditor

- Lead audit engagements

- Plan and coordinate audit activities

- Mentor junior team members

- Review workpapers and documentation

- Analyze financial statements and internal controls

- Develop rapport with clients

- Prepare audit reports and presentations

- Stay informed about industry trends

c) Assistant Manager, Audit

- Provide leadership and guidance

- Recommend control enhancements

- Manage client portfolios

- Contribute to firm growth initiatives

- Lead investigations and Prepare reports

- Monitor action Plan implementation

d) Manager, Audit

- Oversee audit engagements

- Mentor team members

- Review audit reports

- Analyze internal controls

- Cultivate client relationships

- Drive business growth

- Stay updated on industry trends

- Collaborate on process enhancement

- Monitor action Plan execution

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification required

- Significant experience in audit, including managerial responsibilities

- In-depth knowledge of audit methodologies and standards

- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and changes

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
