As an Property Sales agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building with potential clients. You will promote our portfolio of rental properties, negotiate rental agreements, and provide personalized assistance to clients to ensure a seamless booking experience. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer service skills, and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including travelers, corporate clients, and relocation agencies.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our rental properties and highlight their features and benefits.
