Automation Analyst English & Japanese Bilingual (UiPath)

We are seeking an experienced bilingual English & Japanese Automation Analyst with significant hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.

This role goes beyond development and requires strong capabilities in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and performance evaluation of automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and ensure measurable business impact. Additionally, exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) technologies is highly desirable, as the role will also contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders for requirement analysis & gathering, identify automation opportunities
• Design scalable, reusable, and secure RPA solutions using UiPath
• Prepare process documents like Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD).
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath
• Monitor bot performance, track KPIs (bot utilization, success rates, and business impact), and improve automations
• Participate in reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
• Support AI-driven automation (e.g., document processing, chatbots)

Requirements

• Strong 4–6 years of working experience in RPA development using UiPath
• Strong English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent in reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience in full automation lifecycle delivery, production support and bot maintenance
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript
• Advanced proficiency in UiPath products; UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator (deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queue-based transaction processing), REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework) & automation design
• Demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end automation solutions leveraging APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL databases, Excel and email platforms, and robust web automation with optimized selectors
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Good-to-have:

• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation (e.g., document processing, NLP, chatbots, UiPath AI Center)
• Strong exposure to collaborating with Japanese clients and stakeholders, with involvement in technical discussions

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is highly preferred
• Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications is good advantage
