Segment Management

As a Segment Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth and make a real impact on our customers' lives. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet the unique needs of our customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring these strategies to life. If you're passionate about understanding customer needs and developing innovative solutions, this role is for you.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our data analytics team to gain insights into customer behavior, and use these insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product offerings. You'll also need to collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
What you do
- Develop and execute segment-specific strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and marketing, to develop and implement segment-specific initiatives
- Develop and manage segment-specific budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor and report on segment performance, and make recommendations for improvement
Who you are
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs
