This role provides L1.5\u2013L2 production support with end\u2011to\u2011end ownership of incidents, ensuring system reliability, availability, and SLA compliance in a 24x7 operational environment.\n\n* * *\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Monitor Azure cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance\n * Perform L1.5\u2013L2 support including deployment, rollback, and troubleshooting\n * Manage and coordinate Major Incident Management bridges and escalations\n * Own incidents end\u2011to\u2011end from detection through resolution and closure\n * Escalate complex issues to Level 3 (Engineering / Development teams)\n * Support 24x7 operations including on\u2011call and off\u2011hours crisis support\n * Manage software and firmware releases (including OTA updates)\n * Execute release processes from QA \u2192 Load Testing \u2192 Staging \u2192 Production\n * Support CI/CD pipelines in agile development environments\n * Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems\n * Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities\n * Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and best practices\n * Perform security checks, access audits, and remediation activities\n * Support platform migrations and New Product Introduction (NPI) onboarding\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Required Qualifications\n\n * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR Azure Fundamentals certification\n * Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud services\n * Experience with PaaS and IaaS including VMs, Storage, Event Hub, AKS, Service Fabric, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, IoT Hub, Databricks, Key Vault, Data Lake\n * Understanding of IoT concepts (telemetry, ingestion, processing, storage, reporting)\n * Familiarity with DevOps tools: Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible\n * Knowledge of container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)\n * Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and/or Python\n * Experience with monitoring tools such as Log Analytics, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Nagios, or Zabbix\n * Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments\n * Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)\n\n\n\n* * *\n\n## Key Skills\n\n * Azure Cloud Operations \u0026 Troubleshooting\n * Monitoring, Alerting \u0026 Incident Management\n * Release \u0026 Deployment Management\n * CI/CD Pipeline Support\n * IoT Platform Support\n * Automation \u0026 Scripting\n * Problem Solving \u0026 Root Cause Analysis\n * Strong collaboration and proactive operational mindset\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
