Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, product training sessions, and personalized support.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the B2B beauty industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the B2B sector.
• Become an expert in our K-Beauty product line, including ingredients, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the client experience.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to showcase products, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably from K-Beauty line
• Passionate & knowledgeable in beauty industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft office and other software
