The Mission

We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion within the SME sector and build robust channel partnerships. You will be the catalyst for our growth, turning innovative green -tech solutions into tangible market dominance.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Growth: Identify, unlock, and capture lucrative new B2B business opportunities across SME markets.

  • Build the Blueprint: Architect and execute winning sales strategies that consistently crush revenue targets.

  • Lead the Charge: Mentor, train, and inspire a high -performing sales squad to reach their full potential.

  • Forge Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture high -value relationships with existing clients and strategic channel partners.

  • Command the Room: Deliver compelling, high -impact pitches that showcase the ROI and sustainability of our tech solutions.

  • The SME Whisperer: You possess a deep understanding of channel management and know exactly how to collaborate with and sell to SMEs.

  • The Leader: You have hands -on experience managing pipelines, overseeing performance metrics, and elevating the people around you.

  • The Communicator: You are a master negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of turning prospects into long -term partners.

  • The Agile Operator: You thrive in a fast -paced, target -driven environment and adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics.
