Backend Software Developer - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using NodeJS and MySQL
• Implement RESTful API endpoints and ensure that they are secure, reliable and well-documented
• Optimize database performance, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing features with backend functionality
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with NodeJS and MySQL
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
