Bakery Chef

Job Responsibility:

• Monitor all aspects of the bakery department including operational, production, quality and administrative functions.
• Product quality & consistency in presentation.
• Ensure bakery food stuff are of a good quality and stored correctly.
• Monitor the bakery food stuffs ordering, quantity and quality.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues to the management.

Requirement:

• Passion for producing high quality of bakery products.
• Knowledge of current bakery trends.
• Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong supervisory & production management skills.
• Good communication skills
