Job Function:
- Responsible for managing and providing sales support services to sales management, business development team and business partner, i.e. to work closely with team member, Bancassurance stakeholders internally (operations & sales channels) and externally (bank partners) to achieve business objectives in the areas of sales administration and support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for Departmental Business Planning related duties.
- Providing sales support services to sales channels within Bancassurance (particularly PB-Banca channel).
- Responsible in the tracking of sales performance, productivity, business quality (i.e. persistency) of the sales personnel to ensure sustainability and profitability of the business.
- Providing analysis to management by monitoring sales and market trend in order to provide input and action plan for management.
- Providing analysis on the attrition rate for PB-Banca channel to assist in the recruitment process.
- Overseeing the department payment such as commission, marketing incentive and etc.
- In charge of preparing reports and meeting materials that able to provide constructive findings and business strategies from time to time to the management.
- Handle day-to-day operation tasks of the department such as proposal submission for underwriting and follow up on policies underwriting status.
- To develop automated reporting tools for the department and business partner.
- Managing and leading team members by providing appropriate guidance to team members.
- Undertake other work /Kaizen /ad-hoc project as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with strong communication along with good analysis skills
