(BB) Makeup Artist (FSF Gurney Plaza,Penang)

POSITION : MAKEUP ARTIST REPORTS TO : Commercial Manager /Area Commercial Executive
Retail Manager/ Counter Manager PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES To achieve sales targets allocated through acting as a Makeup Artist to shoppers in the store and tomaintain studios and stocks in the prescribed manner. Primary Function

• To achieve the sales targets allocated
• Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up oncustomer purchases and maintain customer database
• Assist Retail Manager to set up promotions/ events
• To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/monthly sales report/ stock sheets etc
• Any other duties as directed by your immediate superior/ managementfrom time to time

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess with Makeup Certificate
• Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill
• Able to work on shift basis and long hours
• Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation,Live Streaming
