Role Description:

Promoting and recommending on machine-based treatments, slimming techniques, hair removal, hair loss treatments, fillers, botox, thread lifts, and more
Provide top notch customer service to build customer loyalty
Diligently follow up with new and existing customers
Able to upsell products and treatment packages according to customers needs
Able to perform facials/ treatment to patients.
Assist Doctor in treatment and consultation room
Provide full support on matters related to clinic operation
Perform other appropriate task and duties assigned within the realm of employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate, diploma or degree in Cosmetology or related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in beauty industry is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty services and skincare.
