Main Duties:

1. Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments.
2. Promote the sales of services (facials and laser hair removal) and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner
3. Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service
4.  Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales
5. -Perform a wide range of skin treatments for clients such as machine-based facials, basic facials, pigmentation treatment and more.
6. Provide professional skin analysis to new and existing customers.
7. Recommend suitable range of treatments & products to clients based on their needs and wants.
8. Provide standard of services to clients to build and establish strong relationship with customers. 
9. Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment.
10. Achieve and exceed monthly sales target
11. Achieve center sales target with team
12. Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least 1 year and above of beauty and related experience in the field and proven sales track record.
2. Having SKM2 & 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO and beauty related cert has an added advantage.
3. Having knowledge on skin care.
4. Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient on the task given.
5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
6. Strong communication skills to all levels, to Upper Management (HQ), beauty therapist consultant, customers.
7. Positive and to-do attitude.
