Beauty Sales Consultant

Phillip Wain Group is a luxury health and beauty club for ladies established in Hong Kong since 1977. The business has rapidly expanded throughout the Asia Pacific Region, spreading over Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. For over four decades in the beauty and healthcare business, Phillip Wain has been focusing on holistic wellness to include Fitness, Personal Training, Aerobic, Pilates Studio and Beauty Programs such as Slimming, Facial, Spa, Manicure and Health Juice Bar.

We are now hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant to help us assess the clients' need, make personalized recommendations and promote company's products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and recommend suitable treatment services and products good fit the client's needs and preferences.
• Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Participate in training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to schedule appointments for the customer.
• Meet sales goals and drive revenue for the Company.
• Perform after-sales services and follow up with clients after treatment with due care, attention, and sensitivity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/ SKM in any related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, spa, and fitness industries.
• Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and tactfulness in dealing with people at all levels.
• Possess enthusiasm in the beauty industry.
• Follow beauty club operating hours and shift duties.
• Required language(s): English, Malay. Candidate that can converse well in Mandarin would have an added advantage. Easier to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients.
• Attractive monthly guaranteed commission for new staff that match with current earning.
• Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentive Scheme up to RM10,000.
• Pampering treatment allowance and free use of gym facilities.

• Yearly medical subsidy up to RM300 + yearly Insurance coverage.
• Annual leave 16 days.
• Comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
• Off on specific festival days.
