This position is based in Ireland.

Performs the precise and efficient removal of bones from beef carcasses or cuts, preparing meat for further processing or packaging. Works in a fast-paced, often cold, industrial environment,

Key Duties:

• Precisely and efficiently debone beef carcasses or specific cuts (hind quarter, fore quarter).
• Utilize knives and specialized cutting tools with high proficiency.
• Ensure all cuts meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Adhere strictly to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene protocols in a cold environment.
• Work as part of a processing team to meet daily production targets.

• Experience in meat processing, particularly deboning or butchery.
• Proficiency with knives and specialized cutting tools.
• Strong understanding of anatomical structures of beef.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining quality.
• Adherence to strict food safety (HACCP) and hygiene protocols.
